Mr. Satish Bhaskarrao Marathe

Education-B com.

Profession – Served in Sales Tax Department, Govt of Maharashtra. Joined as Sales Tax Inspector at Mumbai in September 1976. Worked in Mumbai, Thane , Amravati, Nagpur , Akola, Aurangabad and Yavatmal. Retired in December2009 as Assistant commissioner of Sales Tax from Amravati.

Achievements – Profession -During his 33 years’ service career, he detected many revenue evasion cases running into crores. He was granted two advance increments for my work.

Social – Since August 2014 he started writing articles on various subjects in Newspapers specially Nagpur Edition of Tarun Bharat and Amravati Edition of Hindusthan.

Till date 54  articles have been published. He also write letters on current topics in Marathi newspapers like Loksatta and Maharashtra Times also in English newspaper The Hitwada. Total of 200 letters in Marathi and English have been published in last seven years.

His eight video’s on subjects like war, Valor of Indian troops , Ethics of our Armed Forces, Foreign policy and on glorious Indian tradition have been uploaded on You  tube . It received overwhelming response from people, mostly youth.
